Software Engineer, PHP

The Software Engineer, PHP will be responsible for the technical design and development of strategically important products and features. The primary goal will be to develop and deliver products and features that provide value to both users and the Cast It Reach business. We seek an experienced PHP engineer with hands-on development experience to actively participate and manage our product development cycle, and be hands-on with the technical implementation. As a PHP Engineer, you will be expected to contribute with your technical proficiency and experience. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining dynamic applications using PHP, contributing to both frontend and backend codebase, and working closely with product managers, designers, and data teams. Deliver high-quality features on time by maintaining a balance between speed and precision. Implement rigorous testing practices. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for seamless feature releases.
