Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA services, supervision, and parent training for children with autism, IDD, and their caregivers.
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.
- Design and update behavioral programs to meet learner needs, supervising and training ABA technicians.
Clinical Oversight:
- Implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
- Monitor fidelity of implementation for behavioral goals and ensure clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 3 months of experience.
- Requires an active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply, with completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities is essential.
