Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA services, supervision, and parent training for children with autism, IDD, and their caregivers.
  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.
  • Design and update behavioral programs to meet learner needs, supervising and training ABA technicians.

Clinical Oversight:

  • Implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
  • Monitor fidelity of implementation for behavioral goals and ensure clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 3 months of experience.
  • Requires an active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply, with completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities is essential.
