Responsibilities:
- Lead structured group therapy sessions and facilitate discussions using approved clinical modalities.
- Document member outcomes and collaborate with prescribers and care navigators on integrated care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree and active behavioral health licensure such as ADC, LPC, or LICSW are required.
- Minimum two years of experience leading groups in a substance use disorder setting is essential.
- High comfort with technology including EMR, telehealth software, and Google productivity tools.
Schedule & Commitment:
- Tuesday through Friday schedule with four 10-hour workdays totaling 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed for member support.
