Role Responsibilities:
- Owning and executing content strategy for Thailand and Vietnam to drive relevance, scale, and measurable business impact.
- Ensuring content quality and cultural resonance, making sure productions genuinely connect with local users.
- Leading discovery and performance across search, editorial, and recommendations to optimize for engagement.
Team Collaboration:
- Acting as a strategic partner to Country Managers to align priorities and translate regional direction into plans.
- Building relationships with local creators and partners to activate a thriving content ecosystem across markets.
- Collaborating closely with SEO, Localisation, Creators, Product, and Marketing teams without formal authority.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Having 3–5+ years in content strategy or similar roles at a high-growth tech or media company.
- Possessing a genuine pulse on cultural trends and user behaviours in Thailand and/or Vietnam.
- Using data to drive decisions, comfortably assessing content performance and translating insights into strategy.
