Generative AI Associate - Flexible Hours

Role Overview:

• Support the development and evaluation of large language models in a flexible, project-based remote role.
• Collaborate on diverse AI training initiatives while choosing work that fits your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI model outputs against quality, accuracy, and behavioral guidelines.
• Annotate and classify digital content for training and evaluation.
• Rank and compare model responses according to established criteria.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a humanities discipline required; Master's or PhD strongly preferred.
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with strong attention to detail.
