Senior Data & Integration Engineer – Incident Management Platform

About the Role:

• Design and deliver a new centralized Incident Management Platform (Vantage) bridging production systems and cloud data platforms.
• Connect alerting tools, Jira, and LLM-powered AI agents into Databricks lakehouse for reliable, auditable data products.

What You Can Expect:

• End-to-end system integration with API and webhook development.
• AI-agent and workflow engineering with tool calling and human-in-the-loop validation.
• Lakehouse pipeline engineering for governed incident data models powering SRE metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Data Engineering or Backend Integration with production-grade pipelines.
• Mastery of Databricks, Delta Lake, PySpark, and production REST APIs in Python.
• Hands-on AWS (S3, IAM) and experience integrating LLMs/AI agents into workflows.
