Senior Full Stack Engineer IV

About the Role:

• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will shape the technical direction of our Provider Team.
• You will design, build, and maintain backend services and user-facing applications that power clinician workflows.
• This role requires partnering closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to drive initiatives from ambiguity to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery, scoping, and execution of complex features, collaborating seamlessly with Product, Design, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Own features end-to-end, breaking down large initiatives into actionable engineering milestones and guiding the team toward successful delivery.
• Act as a strong, proactive communicator who translates complex technical challenges into clear business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading technical projects.
• Deep expertise in Python, Django, REST APIs, and React with TypeScript.
• Strong product and design intuition, able to build interfaces independently using component frameworks.
