Job Description
The Graphic Design Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Creative Services team within The UPS Store’s Marketing Department. This position is responsible for designing, editing, and publishing marketing assets to the Marketing Help Center (MHC) — a franchisee-facing platform that houses hundreds of print and digital promotional tools. These assets enable franchisees to market The UPS Store’s services locally and effectively help drive revenue. This role also supports the fulfillment of Custom Creative Requests submitted by franchisees via the MHC.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, update, and publish a variety of print and digital assets to the Marketing Help Center, ensuring all creative meets brand guidelines and quality standards. Review and complete Custom Creative Requests submitted by franchisees in a timely and professional manner. Respond to inquiries and provide support through the Creative Services email inbox.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill internal design requests and support cross-functional initiatives. Maintain organized files and track projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes.
