Grants Project Manager

Role Overview:

• Play a vital role in the administration and development of grants, overseeing the entire application process.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of grant objectives.
• Apply an in-depth knowledge of federal funding agencies and their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead grant preparation and submission, developing project timelines and managing client expectations.
• Provide clear leadership to the writing team, setting objectives and monitoring team capacity to prevent burnout.
• Maintain effective communication, delivering weekly updates and acting as a liaison with upper management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' experience in grant project management with funded awards.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of federal agencies, grant compliance, and submission platforms like Grants.gov.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace.
