Design and build systems for pensions, retirement savings, and Spend: contributions, onboarding, provider integrations, employer configuration, card issuing, and wallet provisioning.
Own technical architecture for the Investments stream, integrating with external providers and payment/card infrastructure (Stripe).
Contribute to frontend code (React + TypeScript) when needed, join client calls, and proactively shape the roadmap.

Qualifications:

6+ years building backend systems in production (.NET 10, PostgreSQL, Azure/AWS) with frontend experience (React/TypeScript).
Experience with third-party API integrations, data modeling, event-driven patterns, and a product mindset.
Clear communicator who can talk to engineers and customers, comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
