Job Description
Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for automation and increased operational efficiency. Implement, configure, and optimize processes using the Pipefy platform, ensuring that solutions meet business needs. Develop and maintain detailed documentation on automated processes, including user guides and performance reports. Support end users and other stakeholders in efficiently using the Pipefy platform in automated processes. Monitor the performance of implemented automations and make adjustments as needed to optimize workflows. Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure efficient integration of Pipefy with other systems and tools.
