Associate Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)

Position Summary:

• The Associate Director, HEOR is responsible for developing and executing the health economics and outcomes research strategy for Braeburn’s product(s) while working cross-functionally with Market Access and other Commercial functions.
• This role generates, synthesizes, and communicates economic, humanistic, societal, and real-world evidence that demonstrates the value of Braeburn’s therapies to patients, payers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the HEOR strategy, ensuring alignment with medical, brand, and market access objectives.
• Design, lead, and manage HEOR studies including retrospective database analyses, real-world evidence studies, and economic models.
• Manage external vendors, oversee budgets and timelines, and disseminate evidence through publications and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree required (PharmD, MD, PhD, or Master’s) with minimum 5+ years of relevant HEOR experience.
• Strong technical expertise in HEOR methods, including health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, and economic modeling.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering HEOR studies from concept through publication.
