Key Responsibilities:
- Support scientific exchange related to payer-facing evidence resources, including AMCP dossiers, evidence summaries, and value communication materials.
- Partner with Market Access teams to translate complex clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into clear, payer-relevant insights.
- Act as the HEOR subject matter expert in payer engagements and elicit, capture, and communicate relevant payer insights.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MS, or equivalent) with training in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HEOR, Market Access, or Medical Affairs within diagnostics, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
- Deep expertise in payer landscape and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base pay range of $205K to $271K, plus eligibility for annual bonus and incentives.
