Director of Health Economics Outcomes Research

The Director of Health Economics Outcomes Research will play a key role in shaping and leading our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategy. You will be responsible for deriving insights from large, diverse, and real-world health datasets to support Arine's mission to improve patient outcomes and lower the costs of healthcare at scale. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead and grow our Health Economics and Outcomes team and work cross-functionally with an experienced team of data scientists, in-house clinicians, engineers, and digital health entrepreneurs to support population health analytics needs and provide actionable, data-driven insights. Develop and execute a comprehensive HEOR strategy to demonstrate the value proposition of our clinical programs to payers and other healthcare stakeholders. Design studies using your advanced understanding of statistical methods and real-world healthcare data Manage a high-performing team of health economists, health outcomes researchers, data scientists, and data analysts, including hiring, mentoring, and project management. Serve as primary owner and point of escalation for all health outcomes projects and deliverables, including research protocols, analysis plans, and customer-facing study reports.
