Job Description
Seeking a full-time Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems, contribute to software architecture planning, and write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code. The stack consists of a Ruby on Rails backend with the graphql-ruby gem and a client portal in Next.js, so experience with GraphQL, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL is indispensable.
You will be responsible for seamlessly integrating the various components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality. Also playing a key role in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance to support the scalability of Ridepanda's technical solutions.
The position is 100% remote for people residing in any Latin American country (preference for Chile). The initial interview will be conducted in English, although your manager speaks Spanish and the engineering team includes three Chileans and two Peruvians, therefore Spanish is still present in daily communication.
