Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced WIX Designer / Specialist to help us upgrade our existing website - mainly the Pricing and Services sections - to reflect our new offerings and updated terms . After the initial project, we’re open to a part-time collaboration to maintain and continuously improve the website. We’re looking for a WIX professional who thinks like a marketing person - someone who can not only design but also bring ideas on how to improve structure, flow, and content presentation. You are confident in: Creating and designing new pages in WIX . Reviewing the website and suggesting what pages are missing or can be improved . Researching how other recruitment companies present their services and applying best practices. Using WIX connectors, add-ons, and functionality to improve the site’s performance. Setting up or optimizing WIX mail campaigns and basic automations. Ensuring all updates align with marketing and recruitment goals. Audit our current website (focus: Pricing, Services, and general structure). Suggest and implement updates that reflect our new service model. Design and build new pages using WIX tools and templates. Make critical fixes where needed — other changes can wait until your full plan is ready. Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure content and visuals align with our brand and audience.
