This role involves translating complex educational challenges into actionable, impactful solutions that elevate student potential and empower teachers. As a leader in our national mathematics initiative, you'll execute professional learning programs, manage key district partnerships, and set the strategic direction for our math excellence vision. The role requires experience in designing and implementing large-scale professional learning programs, leading high-performance teams, strategic program management, and translating instructional vision into practical implementation strategies. The role also includes building trusted relationships with district leaders and education stakeholders and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. This is a remote position requiring moderate national travel.
