Trial Execution Responsibilities:
- Create and update trial-specific documents like Monitoring Guidelines and Informed Consent Forms.
- Oversee vendor setup, SOW creation, and budget management for study activities.
- Ensure country/regional coordination and risk reviews for trial delivery.
Additional Leadership Duties:
- Provide input into trial operational strategies and resolve issues.
- Participate in process improvements at trial and compound levels.
- Mentor new team members and foster employee engagement.
Qualifications Required:
- BS degree in Life Sciences and 8+ years pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical development and global trial execution.
- Excellent leadership and financial management skills.
