About the Role:
- Serve as the primary contact with the sponsor, clinical team, and other functional groups.
- Provide overall coordination and strategic management of clinical trials from inception through implementation and completion.
- Ensure all study team members are appropriately trained and maintain compliance with GCP, protocol, and scope of work.

- Lead all clinical study operations with strategic planning and direction.
- Manage and motivate study team while serving as a mentor for professional development.
- Provide financial oversight of study budgets and track out-of-scope items.
