Senior Fleet Coordinator (m/f/x)

As a Fleet Coordinator, you support customers in Customer Service in the event of incidents and coordinate with the damage management partner to ensure that damage or breakdowns to the vehicle are repaired quickly and easily. You ensure that every vehicle is ready for use again as quickly as possible. You coordinate the fleet and take on important tasks in the background - including the active control of workshop appointments, process optimizations and efficiency increases. You also ensure that maintenance and inspection appointments for the cars are adhered to and documented. In direct contact with customers, you learn what is really important to them. You find solutions, contribute ideas and support the team in improving or automating processes. Together you make our processes fit for rapid growth – so that we can reliably support our customers even with an increasing fleet size.
