Engineering Manager, Platform

Lead Zora's core platform engineering team, responsible for shipping their API, indexer, infrastructure, and dev tools, directly impacting millions of users interacting with Zora's products, and helping secure over $500m of trading volume across the internet. Build and grow a full-stack team of engineers focused on shipping a high-quality platform at scale. Drive engineering excellence in maintainability, performance, and attention to detail, balancing pragmatism and polish. Triage incoming asks, considering tradeoffs with product and organizational context. Maintain awareness of team status and capacity, escalating blockers and other issues across projects early. Contribute code for complex features and bugs as needed. Create stability and clarity within the team and across the org in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
