Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Outage Block design within Reactor Island as part of an Integrated Project Team.
- Develop innovative mechanical and layout solutions, applying industry best practice and novel approaches within established engineering governance.
- Champion safety by embedding ONR Safety Assessment Principles, RR SMR E3S Principles, and applicable layout guidance (EPRI, European Utility Requirements, INPO).
Required Skills:
- Experience with FEA and ASME codes.
- Engineering layout and installation design (MEP), from concept to detailed design
- Strong design judgement, optioneering, and problem-solving capability
