We are seeking a designer to craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages, that are backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs. They will produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. The candidate will edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications, aspect ratios, and attention spans. They will design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools. The designer will also conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
