Associate Director, Content Optimization & Strategy

In this role, you will partner with brand stakeholders to improve product content across major retailers utilizing CommerceIQ’s content tool suite, audit content health, and identify opportunities to improve discoverability, conversion, and consistency. You'll deliver content opportunity presentations at the sub category level and educate client teams on retailer best practices. The role involves translating insights into action plans, collaborating across internal and client teams to improve content, and developing retailer-specific playbooks. Monitoring performance, communicating measurable results, benchmarking against competitors, and staying ahead of evolving retailer requirements are also essential duties.
