What You’ll Own:
- Salesforce architecture, configuration, and long-term scalability
- Workflow automation that supports real-world operational complexity
- Data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance
Core Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration across Sales, Operations, and Client Services
- Design and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
Integrations & Systems:
- Support and improve integrations with accounting and finance systems
- Help plan and implement future payment integrations
- Troubleshoot data sync and workflow issues across systems
