E-Commerce Merchandising Manager

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Merchandising Manager to oversee product strategy, assortment planning, and customer experience across all retail and e-commerce channels. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our customers are presented with compelling, functional, and on-brand products that support the FluentPet mission. You will collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and e-commerce teams to deliver seamless product presentation and optimize performance. Key responsibilities include developing and executing merchandising strategies, managing the product lifecycle, analyzing product performance, collaborating with product development, owning visual merchandising strategy, supporting product launches, partnering with supply chain, monitoring competitor trends, and ensuring a consistent brand experience.
