Senior Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Analyst

Kalles Group is seeking an experienced Senior Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Consultant to build enterprise-grade reporting for their client with strong security and operational rigor. The consultant will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. They will create advanced data models and DAX calculations to support self-service analytics and executive-level reporting. This role also involves leading the design and implementation of secure, governed Power BI workspaces and datasets across business units, collaborating with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. The consultant will enforce robust access control strategies and workspace governance to ensure data security, compliance, and operational rigor and establish performance monitoring and optimization standards for Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models. The consultant will also provide technical leadership and best practices guidance to enable scalable, secure, and reliable analytics solutions.
