What you'll do:
- Inspire high creative standards through your own work and encourage others.
- Take a creative leadership role on brands and projects, shaping creative strategy.
- Mentor, develop, and nurture junior and mid-weight creatives.
About you:
- Experience in a creative role within a recognised healthcare advertising agency.
- Proficient in Figma and able to build compelling narratives through concept presentations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and keen to explore new creative opportunities.
