Senior Group Manager (Marketing) - Procurement Services

This role involves leading the client’s strategic sourcing execution process, including building cost models, designing and launching RFIs/RFPs, evaluating bids, and planning and executing negotiation strategies. The Senior Group Manager will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and developing and delivering an annual savings pipeline. They will drive the team’s year-over-year savings while ensuring quality and service level requirements are met. Regular interaction with senior members of the client’s organization is required, necessitating excellent communication skills. This role also involves fostering cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, developing medium to long-term category strategies, and managing the team’s objective setting, including savings, performance, and career growth.
