Job Description
Lyra Health is seeking experienced BACP registered (or equivalent) counsellors to join our team as permanent Clinical Case Managers. The role involves supporting an inbound helpline, completing online chats, assessing mental health needs, referring to clinically appropriate therapy, offering immediate support, delivering video based therapy sessions, and providing overarching case management services. You will collaborate with global clinical teams. The role requires flexibility and support for business and service development.
You will work with a wide range of presenting issues, manage safeguarding and risk cases, assess clinical needs, implement treatment plans, and monitor your caseload. You will provide the first point of contact for service users accessing Lyra Workplace Mental Health service via helpline or online chat, providing brief goal-focused therapeutic support. It is important to accurately capture all clinical information and adhere to clinical and operational protocols.
