We're on the hunt for a skilled User Acquisition Tech Lead with previous successful experience in games. As a User Acquisition Tech Lead, you will be working on puzzle and casual mobile games for iOS and Android platforms. Your responsibilities include full-cycle operational management of Facebook campaigns (TikTok experience is a plus), funnel analysis, performance forecasting, budget planning, and cost-efficiency tracking. You will also be building and automating UA processes to boost performance and team productivity, working with APIs to streamline data flows and automate campaign management. Further responsibilities include segment planning, hypothesis generation, systematic testing to maintain setup diversification, a deep understanding of Facebook (TikTok as a plus) ad delivery algorithms, SKAN, AEM, and attribution models, defining and executing creative strategy tailored for Paid Social channels, and making fast, data-driven decisions based on real-time performance insights. The position requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition in mobile games, proven expertise with Facebook Ads (TikTok experience is a strong plus), deep understanding of UA funnels, key metrics, the mobile gaming market, and ad creative strategies, strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets, experience in building and scaling UA automation workflows (a plus), self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, creative, and analytics teams.
