Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our initiatives through your expertise in Salesforce development. You will collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce functionalities, ensuring that our strategies align with broader objectives and deliver high-quality solutions that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure enhancements using Apex and Flows to improve Salesforce functionalities. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth operations within the Salesforce environment. Perform regression testing to validate changes and ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new developments. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals. Manage and execute marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Create and maintain customer journeys using Automation Studio and Journey Builder. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement personalized marketing solutions. Generate reports and insights to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions. Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
