Job Description
This contract role seeks a Project Lead/Technical Supervisor to manage IT service delivery. The candidate will lead coordination with ITSD, manage resource performance and will interface with State stakeholders to ensure that SLA tracking and compliance are maintained. Handling escalations and documentation reviews are essential to this position. The qualified candidate should possess 12+ years in IT service delivery, 5+ years leading identity and access management projects for public sector clients and 1 year of prior experience working on government projects or within a government environment. Certifications such as PMP® and ITIL® v4 Foundation are preferred.
