AI-Driven Engineer - Ruby (Operations Team)

Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations. Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen). Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites. Debug and resolve complex production issues. Analyze customer profiles for risk management and onboarding. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams. Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence.
