Role Overview:
- Lead enterprise BI architecture and analytics strategy using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain semantic models, data marts, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Establish governance, security, and CI/CD standards for analytics.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in BI, analytics, or data solutions with 7+ years hands-on Power BI.
- Advanced expertise in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and dimensional modeling.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise ERP reporting.
Compensation:
- Salary range $115,000 - $175,000 depending on location.
- Remote opportunity anywhere in the US.
