Senior Content Designer

As a Senior Content Designer at GoFundMe, you’ll play a key role in shaping some of our most mission-critical product initiatives. You’ll advocate with confidence for clear, consistent, motivating language at the center of our products and the design process itself. We’re looking for someone with a background in UX content design crafting experiences for social media platforms (activity feeds, user-generated content, profiles, sharing), to help define an exciting new chapter for our business. You’ll also have a hand in developing our growing content design practice, helping evolve our processes and standards across the company. Lead content design on high-profile product initiatives as a part of a cross-functional product team. Partner with product designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, legal, marketing, and other writers. Align your work with business goals, user needs, and our design system. Advocate confidently for clear, consistent, engaging content for your product area at every stage of the product cycle. Champion the discipline's impact by proactively mentoring designers, PMs, and others to help them improve their UX writing skills and center content in their own processes.
