About the role:

  • The automotive aftermarket is experiencing significant structural shifts, driven by technological advancements and shifting consumer behaviours.
  • We need to formalise and scale our external intelligence agenda.
  • You will own the end-to-end intelligence infrastructure for the company.

What you will do:

  • Own the Intelligence Agenda: Build and maintain a comprehensive, deeply analytical understanding of AUTODOC’s markets.
  • Architect Market Models: Develop, scale, and regularly update internal market models, confidently transforming incomplete or imperfect external data into defensible baseline truths.
  • Monitor the Competition: Define, monitor, and maintain structured competitor scorecards and profiles across key target markets.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in competitive intelligence or market research with a heavy emphasis on external intelligence.
  • Essential and required strategy consulting experience
  • An innate ability to separate signal from noise, connect disparate market trends to core business implications, and distill intelligence into concise, executive-level recommendations.
