Job Description
The Head of Creatives position is a pivotal role, where you will lead teams of creative copywriters, designers, videographers and campaign managers to coordinate commercial advertising production that engages and delivers results, fostering brand trust and driving new billings, aligning with Hostinger’s brand values, image, and voice. You will work in tandem with the creative director and head of brand experience, reporting to head of brand Image.
Inspire and empower a team of teams (4 direct reports, overall approx. 15 people) to achieve their best engagement and performance. Drive advertising production strategy, recognizing the necessity of innovative ad structures and messaging, incorporating novel advertising approaches to complement or challenge the existing paid media funnel. Lead creative and operational excellence by supervising design, video and copywriting teams to align with the highest standard of brand image and advertising performance.
Create an advertising production roadmap and ensure its implementation, staying flexible to change course if needed. Deliver branded assets for various Company teams in the best quality and on time, ensuring sessions, tools, and workshops for the team to understand all advertising placements, their usage, benchmarks of performance, and guidelines on making them.
