Job Description
The Ads Strategy and Operations Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional programs, managing programs that involve multiple teams and departments from start to finish. They will manage operations, oversee workflows, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams is essential, as is structuring and analyzing complex problems using data to develop data-driven recommendations for business priorities and growth. The manager will also define strategic themes, write plans formulated with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall execute against plans.
