- Support alumni engagement initiatives including survey administration and data management.
- Help organize digital assets such as testimonials, photos, and videos.
Communications & Research Support:
- Oversee cataloging of testimonials, interviews, and multimedia assets.
- Prepare monthly social media analytics reports and recommend strategies.
- Track media coverage and maintain media contact lists, and research education-related trends.
