• A role for people deeply expert in a specific part of the Built World.
• Not a generic consulting role; it's for those frustrated by slow, expensive processes.

What we are looking for:

• A workflow proposal describing one process that could be automated.
• Include what the workflow is, why it takes long, what a good outcome looks like, and success metrics.

Who this might be:

• Data centre developers, planning consultants, real estate analysts, infrastructure advisors, or design professionals.
• We work across digital infrastructure, industrial, energy, and institutional real estate.
