Job Description
Leadership & Execution:
- Lead the Senior Living engineering organization, fostering collaboration and ownership.
- Translate initiatives into actionable plans and ensure consistent execution.
- Define delivery frameworks and communication rhythms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product and TPM to align business priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Data.
- Serve as a key liaison between engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
Operational & Technical Oversight:
- Oversee technical execution for Senior Living platforms.
- Drive accountability for technical quality and scalability.
- Champion disciplined use of AI-assisted development tools.
