Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will scale Central’s engineering organization from a small, founder-led group to a 20+ person team by recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineers and leaders. You will define and model the values, rituals, and practices that make Central’s engineering organization world-class and build a strong, cohesive culture across a fully remote team. You will ensure the team consistently delivers ambitious projects quickly and reliably by creating processes that enable speed, clarity, and accountability as headcount grows.
