Job Purpose:
- Design, implement, and operate security technologies and software deployment.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incident, change, and problem tickets related to security systems.
- Continuously improve reliability, performance, and security of IT services.
- Support onboarding, training, and documentation for security tools.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience with Microsoft Defender and Sophos security solutions.
- Solid IT infrastructure knowledge with strong security focus.
- German B2 and English B1 language skills required.
