Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification and required state licensure, with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision, with proficiency in ABA assessment tools like VB-MAPP/FBA and electronic health records.
Compensation Structure:
- Offered as 1099 or W2 positions, with rates varying for bilingual candidates; 1099 bilingual: $60 for evaluations/$30 for therapy, non-bilingual: $56/$28; W2 range: $43-$56 per hour based on experience and bilingualism.
