- Product and Roadmap:
- Partner with Product and Design to execute a long-term roadmap.
- Work with cross-functional partners to creatively solve complex problems.
- Chart the course for new billing features.
- Team Management:
- Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers.
- Establish trust and create accountability within the team.
- Drive inclusivity and diversity initiatives.
- Required Experience:
- The candidate should have 4+ years of experience managing teams.
- The candidate should have a strategic thinking mindset.
- The candidate should have experience with billing, SaaS monetization and/or payments infrastructure.
