SOC Team Lead

This is a remote role with a critical leadership function in our Security Operations Centre (SOC) in New Zealand. You will guide a team of SOC Analysts, handle escalated cases, and ensure high-quality incident response and customer service. As a SOC Team Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of SOC Analysts, providing technical guidance and professional development feedback. You will also review and manage escalated cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex security incidents. Conduct quality assurance on analyst investigations and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to best practices. You will also collaborate with MDR engineering and threat intelligence teams to improve detection capabilities and response workflows.
