Senior Reporter, Markets

The Senior Markets Reporter will play a critical role in leading one of Axios’s largest and most-read newsletters. The role comes with a range of responsibilities, including: Serving as lead reporter, writer and producer of the daily Markets newsletter. Writing insightful copy that helps a diverse audience of professional readers understand trends and future developments across stock, bond, currency, commodity and other financial markets. Generating, and collaborating on the generation of, charts and other data visualizations in the signature Axios style. Writing real-time and breaking market analysis — a subject matter expert who can be called on to explain what’s happening and why it all matters. Contributing markets-related insights as needed to newsletters throughout our newsroom.
