Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will contribute to the development of Wormhole TypeScript SDK, Wormhole Connect, and other open source frontend components and libraries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them to enhancements in these components and libraries. Following best practices for secure frontend development and building future best practices alongside Wormhole security researchers is crucial. Maintaining and improving testing frameworks and thoroughly testing your code with multiple kinds of tests is essential. Stay up to date with the latest in web3 development best practices, tooling, and industry trends. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building web applications used by millions of users, be high agency, demonstrate customer obsession and be highly collaborative. Care deeply about the business outcomes of your work and challenge priorities when the business impact is unclear. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent practical experience will also be taken into consideration.
