Per Diem Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner will provide remote supervision over a group of RN’s, performing chart audits and reviewing adherence to company policies. They will also assess and document the health status of new patients and assist with annual staff review process including skill competency assessments. The Nurse Practitioner will openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers, such as order clarification, patient status, and plan of care. The candidate must be located in NY, have a Medicare PTAN preferred, be board certified through ANCC or AANP, have a current BLS CPR certification and have excellent IV skills and experience utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
